From May 8 to 10, 2026, immersed in the tranquility of Varigotti—an enchanting corner of paradise on the Ligurian coast—you will have the opportunity to explore and awaken your potential through Kriya Yoga and other spiritual growth practices.
This event is not just a seminar, but an immersive journey into the heart of Kriya Yoga—a discipline that will guide you toward greater self-awareness, offering tools to overcome inner obstacles and embrace a more authentic and serene life.

The choice to offer a vegetarian menu arises from the intention to support mindful and respectful nutrition, in harmony with the spirit of the seminar. We invite you to enjoy it as if it were a spiritual practice.
